The "almost" part is that we still have to paint the front steps black, but it's just been too cold. We're having our realtor come by the house tomorrow to assess whether we're ready to list yet or not. Can't WAIT!

Wow! I can't believe the difference. I liked the blue so much, and I like this also. I think the black steps will be just that perfect finishing touch. Good job guys!
